ATMC Presents:“The Entrepreneurial Spirit: What Keeps You Up at Night?”

October 9th, 2013, Noon - 1:30PM

Presented By: Will Shain

  • Ever wake up in the middle of the night and just have to create another list of the things you have to do?
  • Do you feel you have to offer an opinion or an answer to every question employees ask?
  • Do you suffer from a feeling of underachievement from time to time because you aren’t accomplishing enough?

The good news… you’re an entrepreneur, and you’re in good company. In this roundtable, you’ll have the opportunity to work with other entrepreneurs as they present their challenges and seek input to resolving them. You will participate in a process of listening, questioning and offering practical ideas, because collective wisdom is more encompassing than one individual experience.

Will Shain has over 30 years of experience in companies that span the size of early stage ventures through Fortune 500 global companies. His expertise lies in problem solving, organizational management and mentoring. He most recently was President & CEO of an early stage, medical device development company in Ohio. He is now President and Owner of The Alternative Board (TAB) based in Plymouth where he chairs de facto Boards of Directors for small, privately held companies in a variety of industries. He is an expert on handling complex issues related to early start ups and in establishing workable processes that include planning and executing business plans. His focus is on sustainable business strategies with regard to pre- and post-revenue generation.
