Sustainable Innovation: ASCs + Robotics for Patients, Performance and Planet
This one-day Medtech Sustainability Forum brings clinicians, engineers, hospital leaders, policymakers, industry, and innovators together to show how shifting the right cases to Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) and optimizing robotic-assisted programs can cut carbon, lower costs, and improve outcomes. Sessions translate the latest evidence into pragmatic playbooks: avoiding bed-day emissions, green anesthesia in ambulatory settings, and designing robotics pathways that reduce length of stay, complications, and staff strain while minimizing waste and energy. Innovators with solutions for healthcare sustainability will be highlighted.
Vision for the 2025 Medtech Sustainability Forum:
To convene interested stakeholders and create dialogue on how advanced technologies can simultaneously improve patient outcomes, enhance staff well-being, and contribute to global sustainability goals.
