This is using the Blog Post widget which appears to be the only widget that asks for “number of columns”. As such, any content that needs to appear in columns should be constructed as a blog post. In this case, the posts are assigned to the Teams category so that I can tell the widget the category and restrict the posts that are displayed by the widget.

Adding a heading into the Same Post

This will appear below Merce’s Bio because it’s part of the same post, it’s just styled as a new headline and new paragraph.
